
Amy is a local Oregonian that always had a knack for art and pursued Art School in Phoenix, Az. After moving back to her home town in Portland, she became interested in using her talented hands on a new canvas, the human body. Once graduated from Oregon School of Massage, Amy continued on as a teaching assistant as she also joined the work force gaining valuable experience at spas, clinics, and Chiropractic offices. She is working on 10 years of practice and shares her time between Grounded Healing Arts and Howard’s very own Health in Motion Chiropractic where she specializes with our local US Veterans. She is proficient in pre/postnatal, Shiatsu, Hydrotherapy, Swedish, Lymphatic and has also mentored under Jaclyn. Originally from Suamico, Jaclyn has come home to share her incredible Healing Talents. After serving our country as a soldier medic, Jaclyn attended Blue Sky School of Massage, Portland State University for Pre-med and then continued her advanced training as a world healer at Dr. Shivago Hospital in Chang Mai, Thailand. With over 2000 hours of training from Eastern modalities to Western, Jaclyn is well versed in over 15 massage techniques including Cranial sacral, Thai, Tui Na, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, Lymphatic, Neuro-muscular, Trigger Point, Jin Shin Do, Shiatsu, and pregnancy to list most. She has traveled across the world to train from Masters Pichest Boonethumme, Justin Pomeroy, Wasan Chaichakan, Auntie Margaret, Karen Armstrong,"Coocky" Tassanee Boonsom, and more. Her career opportunities also opened up doors with regards to teaching. From the Midwest to Northwest, she has trained fellow therapists and clients alike in a wide array of knowledge from Ayurvedic & other spa techniques to the intricate ways of her Masters. With experience in being both the teacher and student, Jaclyn excels at helping each client find their own connection and awareness to relief and health.

Sam comes to us with six years of massage experience in a chiropractic setting that brings a well rounded understanding of movement, recovery, and holistic care to her clients.
She specializes in treatment-based massage blending techniques like Swedish, prenatal, reflexology, and trigger point therapy to create customized sessions for every body. Her goal? To uncover the root cause of pain, identifying and treating muscle imbalances, and help you find lasting relief - all while promoting deep relaxation.
With her personal Training and Corrective Exercise certifications along with personally having scoliosis and being a cancer survivor, she has a broad range of experiences that help her in treating her patients in all walks of life.
